A new adventure awaits as DI Humphrey Goodman and Martha leave London for Devon. Humphrey dives into his first case, which involves an unusual prime suspect: a 17th-century witch.

Humphrey and his team are baffled by the mysterious disappearance of an entire family. Martha prepares for the launch of her café but is thrown when a face from the past shows up.
3. Episode 3
The community of Shipton Abbott is rocked when a beloved painting disappears in a seemingly impossible heist. Humphrey tries his best to find some common ground with Archie.
4. Episode 4
Humphrey investigates the death of an unidentified man found in the centre of a crop circle. Meanwhile, Archie helps Martha prepare for a visit from a food critic.
5. Episode 5
Panic spreads when an arsonist targets three businesses, bizarrely invoking the Three Little Pigs fable. Meanwhile, Martha has some serious thinking to do.
6. Episode 6
A house is burgled but the prime suspect was locked up in a police cell at the time. It’s up to Esther to rally a devastated Humphrey and solve this impossible crime.
